Refund policy
HAIDER LIVING REFUND POLICY

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
- Defective products: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
- Quality issues: Must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence
- Wrong items shipped: Full refund or replacement, we cover return shipping
- Customer error (wrong size/color ordered): No refund, but exchange available at customer's shipping cost
SAMPLE ORDERS:
- Sample fees are non-refundable
- Sample fees credited toward first bulk order (minimum €5,000)
CUSTOM/BRANDED ORDERS:
- Products with custom "Haider Living" or customer branding are non-refundable
- Exceptions made for manufacturing defects only
REFUND PROCESS:
1. Contact wholesale@haiderliving.com with order number and issue description
2. Provide photos/videos of defective items
3. Await approval (24-48 hours)
4. Return items (if required) with provided shipping label
5. Refund processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method
EXCLUSIONS:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper care
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
