SHIPPING METHODS:
- Air Freight: 7-14 days (recommended for samples and urgent orders)
- Sea Freight: 30-45 days (recommended for bulk orders)
- Express Courier (DHL/FedEx): 5-7 days (samples only)

SHIPPING COSTS:
- Calculated based on weight, volume, and destination
- Quote provided before order confirmation
- Free shipping on orders over €10,000 (sea freight only)

SHIPPING TERMS:
- FOB (Free On Board) Karachi: Buyer arranges shipping from Karachi port
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We arrange shipping to your destination port
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for UK/EU (additional fees apply)

PROCESSING TIME:
- Sample orders: 3-5 business days
- Bulk orders (no customization): 3-4 weeks
- Custom/branded orders: 5-8 weeks
- Rush orders: Available (20% surcharge)

TRACKING:
- Tracking number provided for all shipments
- Real-time updates via email and WhatsApp

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
- Buyer responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance (FOB/CIF terms)
- We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin)
- DDP terms available (we handle customs) - additional fees apply

PACKAGING:
- Standard: Poly bags + cartons (included)
- Retail-ready: Hang tags, individual packaging (additional cost)
- Custom packaging: Available (quote upon request)

DELIVERY ISSUES:
- Lost shipments: We file claim with carrier (insurance included on CIF/DDP orders)
- Damaged shipments: Report within 48 hours with photos
- Delayed shipments: We provide updates and work with carrier to expedite
