HAIDER LIVING TERMS OF SERVICE

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By placing an order with Haider Living, you agree to these Terms of Service.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid business registration or tax ID
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply per product category
- Wholesale pricing available to approved business accounts only

ORDERS & PAYMENT:
- All prices in EUR (€) or USD ($)
- Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment (new customers)
- Established customers: Net 30 payment terms available
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Letter of Credit

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQs):
- Bavarian Traditional Wear: 50 pieces per style/color
- Sports Equipment: 100 pieces per SKU
- Activewear: 100 pieces per SKU
- Leather Goods: 25 pieces per style
- Sample orders: No MOQ (sample fees apply)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
- Lead time: 4-8 weeks (depending on order size and customization)
- Shipping: FOB Karachi or CIF destination port
- Customs duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility
- Risk of loss transfers upon shipment (FOB terms)

PRODUCT QUALITY:
- All products manufactured to export quality standards
- Pre-shipment inspection available (buyer's cost)
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
- "Haider Living" brand and logo are our trademarks
- Custom designs remain your intellectual property
- We do not reproduce copyrighted designs without authorization

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
- We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure
- Maximum liability limited to order value
- We are not responsible for lost profits or consequential damages

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
- Governed by laws of Pakistan
- Disputes resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan
- Mediation preferred before legal action

MODIFICATIONS:
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes effective upon posting to website.
