The HL-WLN (Walnut) chassis is cut from a single panel of hand-selected distressed suede, audited for tensile strength before Phase 2 begins. The Reliefstickerei requires 72 hours of continuous hand-stitching at 12–15 stitches per minute.

• Phase 2 — Reliefstickerei (72 hours): Stag and floral scrollwork in cream silk thread.
• Phase 3 — Structural Seaming (28 hours): Double-stitched chassis, waxed thread.
• Phase 4 — Burnishing & Final Audit (13 hours): Edge-finishing and verification.
